This document sets forth the privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") of Mondial Teknology Inc. a Maryland corporation ("Mondial") for the services offered by Mondial regardless of version ("Services") and the web site, www.mondialteknology.com (including all sub-pages thereto, the "Site").

Please be aware that Mondial’s Services and Site are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13, nor may they be used to solicit or collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site nor should you sign up for the Services offered by Mondial and you should contact Mondial about your concerns. The terms "we" and "us" refer to Mondial.

Mondial's Privacy Principles

You own your Information and maintain ownership rights to Your Information, even if there is a business policy change.
You may add, delete, or modify Your Information at any time.
Mondial will not update or modify Your Information without your permission.
Mondial will not sell, exchange, or otherwise share Your Information with third parties, unless required by law or in accordance with your instructions.
Mondial does not send spam, maintain spam mailing lists, or support the activities of spammers.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected on the Mondial Site or submitted to Mondial at any time through any Sub-pages.

Personally Identifiable Information-When visiting Mondial's Site and signing up for or using Mondial Services through any Sub-pages, you may choose to supply Mondial with information that identifies you personally. For End-Users, this information may include your name and contact information, birth date, occupation and industry, shipping and billing information, credit card numbers and other payment information, and other information. For Clients, this information may include the Client's name and contact information, payment information (check payee, SSN/Tax ID, bank information), and user comments. We also may collect prospect information from our End-Users, which may include name and contact information of individual(s) you think would be interested in our services.

Aggregate Information - We collect non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and services.

Each of Mondial's Clients has access to information specific only to that Client's account and activity. Each Client will determine what it will do with the collected information; however, each Client has individually agreed to abide by this Privacy Policy and the Mondial Terms of Service.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself and/or employer (Client) to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as email branding; completing an order; shipping a product; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the client Terms of Service, we do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.
From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself or others to inform you of additions or improvements to the Mondial Services as well as conduct member surveys in order to improve our services. These communications will only be sent to the administrative account.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to secure personal identification. In addition, personnel who have access to our database are trained to maintain and secure all information.

How You Can Access or Update Your Information

Clients can access their personally identifiable information that Mondial collects online and maintains by logging in to their password-protected (SSL encrypted) account at http://www.mondialteknology.com and following normal administrative procedures. End-Users can access their information by logging in to their password-protected End-User account and following normal update procedures. End-Users and Clients can also correct factual errors in their personally identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly documents and explains the error.

If you have submitted information on our site but do not currently have an account with us, you can access and correct the information that we collect and maintain by contacting us and requesting such information or correction.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and probable compliance with Mondial’s Terms of Service before granting access or making corrections to your information.

Email, Search, and Community Specific Terms and Conditions

Mondial Teknology considers email transmitted via our service to be private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of your private communications except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.
